We were contracted to shot blast to remove existing asphaltic adhesive (tested negative for asbestos). After shot blasting to create a CSP of 3, flooring contractor applied an epoxy moisture mitigation system due to high levels of moisture in the concrete. After installing the epoxy, vct flooring was installed.
