A previous contractor installed an overlay that did not meet the client's expectations. They also ground the entire the entire project with no dust control. This resulted in an expensive damage restoration insurance claim. We were hired by a new decorative concrete contractor to remove the old overlay and prep the floor for a new overlay while effective controlling the dust.
