We worked as a sub for the epoxy terrazzo installer, The Venice Art Terrazzo Company. The massive, $325 million expansion included the installation of over 80,000 square feet of resinious epoxy with 1 inch wide zinc divider strips. Finished Photos courtesy of Fred Lindgren
- Total Project Size: Over 80,000 square feet
- Shot blast new and existing concrete to create a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 3
- Venice Art Terrazzo Co installed a moisture mitigation system, membrane, set terrazzo strips and poured epoxy terrazzo.
- We then ground the terrazzo to expose strips and honed the terrazzo to a 200 grit resin finish
- Venice Art Terrazo applied a sealer to complete the project
